Responsibilities
Pull data from UrVenue, Micros, TripleSeat, OpenTable and all other applicable systems; for auditing sales, reservations, and aligning data for analysis
Resolve issues arising due to discrepancies in how things are rung in versus calculated
Responsible for tracking financials for managed venues and updating a series of related internal reports on a monthly basis
Support the annual budget process as determined by department needs
Support the monthly reforecast process as determined by department needs
Support Operations nightly reporting model as needed including but not limited to annual rollover updates
Work with Financial Analysts to run various data from different systems; organize, format and interpret data, provide recommendations on data organization and utilization
Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience required
High School Diploma Required or equivalent / Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in hospitality and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Must have strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have good positive energy throughout the day
Must be able to read the computer monitors and print legibly
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office
Must be able to push and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
Preferred
Knowledge of Urvenue and MyMicros, preferred
Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
Restaurant, Nightclub, bar, and lounge operations
