Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day LinkedIn activity for company and leadership profiles
AHREFS, digital marketing and audits
Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns with guidance
Sponsored posts
Retargeting campaigns
Lead Gen Forms
Monitor performance (CTR, CPL, conversions) and make incremental optimizations
Align organic content, paid ads, and outbound messaging
Apply marketing fundamentals to create and refine
LinkedIn posts and carousels
Ad copy and visuals (using templates)
Email and LinkedIn outreach messaging
Repurpose long-form content into outbound- and campaign-ready formats
Maintain consistency across channels and campaigns
Prepare product overview decks, demo support slides, and sales enablement materials
Scripting the demos
Customize decks and messaging by audience, vertical, and use case
Maintain and update marketing and sales materials for accuracy and clarity
Support leadership and sales with polished, ready-to-use content
Maintain CRM hygiene and workflows
Lead capture and routing
Lifecycle stages and activity tracking
Campaign attribution and tagging
Ensure inbound, outbound, and ad-generated leads are properly tracked
Support basic dashboards and reporting for leads, meetings, and pipeline
Act as first point of contact for inbound leads from:
LinkedIn Ads
Website forms
Email responses
Qualify inbound leads using defined criteria and scripts
Route qualified opportunities to sales with clear context
Nurture non-ready leads through structured follow-up
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by role, industry, and company size
Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach tied to active campaigns
Conduct light outbound calling when appropriate
Track outreach activity and meeting conversion
Qualification
Required
0–3 years' experience in marketing, business development, or growth roles
Foundational understanding of marketing principles
Experience creating professional slide decks and sales-support content
Comfortable writing clear, concise copy for social and email
Organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
Confident learning products quickly and applying messaging accurately
Preferred
Exposure to B2B, SaaS, proptech, parking, or technology companies
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Constant Contact, Seamless Ai, AHREFS, Digital marketing and audits, etc.)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or paid social platforms
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tools
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite and more)
