Responsibilities

Account Transfer Processing: Review incoming account transfer requests, examine authorization and transfer documents for accuracy and completeness, and initiate or reject transfers based on established procedures
Workflow Management: Monitor assigned queues and workflows to ensure transfer requests are addressed within required timeframes and service levels
Client & Counterparty Communication: Conduct follow-up phone calls with counterparties and internal service teams to provide status updates and resolve outstanding issues
Exception Resolution: Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, or invalid requests; escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution
RIA Client Support: Support RIA clients by ensuring transfers are processed accurately and delivering a high-touch, professional service experience
Operational Controls & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree required (any discipline)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work effectively within a team, including onshore and offshore partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred

3–5 years of brokerage operations or financial services experience
Prior experience supporting account transfers or asset movement workflows
Customer service background with comfort making outbound follow-up calls
Experience supporting RIA or advisor-facing clients
Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing volumes and priorities
