Responsibilities
Process customer orders by scanning barcodes and picking, labeling, and packing boxes
Pick, pack, and process orders using RF technology
Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with SOPs
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Complete required RF device training
Scan, retrieve, and palletize completed orders
Re-palletize products as needed for shipment
Scan completed pallets and operate shrink-wrap equipment
Transport pallets using material handling equipment as required
Verify shipment accuracy and packaging
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the WMS
Handle pallets safely to prevent damage and ensure compliance
Complete assigned duties according to departmental productivity standards
Operate parcel manifest stations and complete transportation documentation as needed
Maintain current status in required training modules
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Operate equipment safely and report damage or maintenance issues immediately
Maintain equipment certifications as required
Keep equipment clean and orderly per established procedures
Perform all duties in compliance with safety policies
Report injuries, accidents, hazards, or suspicious activity immediately
Support warehouse security and quality goals
Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work environment
Participate in Hazmat training as assigned
Cross-train in other warehouse functions and provide backup support as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience
Experience operating material handling equipment, including order pickers, reach trucks, counterbalance (slip and clamp), and dock stockers
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Experience using RF scanners and/or voice systems
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven distribution environment
Ability to read and interpret distribution and shipping documents
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
