The Internal Logistics Engineer will support the Internal Logistics Engineering department's objective of optimizing the North America supply chain by balancing the requirements of various groups to develop the most efficient internal delivery process.

Responsibilities
Lead cross functional internal logistics projects, while working with Our Client's Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (MNA) Engineering groups and North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMC) departments to troubleshoot and improve parts flow issues
Challenge and break down the ideal situation and current systems in pursuit of establishing the optimal business process to improve supply chain performance using efficient problem solving and countermeasure development
Develop and execute strategy to communicate and consolidate supply chain data / KPI reflecting internal delivery, routing and returns handling performance to facilitate daily process management and problem solving
Collaborate directly with NAMC departments and Pilot Engineers to confirm process requirements, equipment & infrastructure development and system compliance requirements
Supporting and leading installation of Internal Logistics equipment, both automated and manual delivery
Support NAPSC activity (training and testing)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience
Microsoft Excel/Project/Planner experience
AutoCAD Layout Design experience
Great verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally
Preferred
Project Management experience
Experience in Automation / Innovation Projects Installation
Experience in Flexsim/Simulation Software
Material and Information Flow Chart training complete
TPS Fundamentals or experience
