Responsibilities

Improve manufacturing quality and efficiency using data-driven, cross-functional approaches
Develop and maintain PFMEAs and implement risk-reduction actions
Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products
Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for processes and equipment
Design fixturing to reduce risk and improve quality
Create and maintain detailed work instructions
Support production in resolving issues and preventing recurrence
Implement LEAN principles to reduce waste
Support capital equipment selection, qualification, and implementation
Write and execute Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols
Apply IPC-A-610 requirements for acceptability of electronic assemblies
Train production operators as needed
Support customer corrective actions
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes/equipment

Required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of PCBAs and electronic component packages
Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
IPC-A-610 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
