Responsibilities

Ensure short-term material availability for ABB’s production lines; represent Procurement in daily production meetings
Review and coordinate resolution of material shortages together with Production, Supply Planning, Logistics and Warehouse teams
Ensure timely Purchase Order release (systematic and manual); monitor and resolve issues
Resolve Goods Receipt, Invoice, and Past Due PO issues together with warehouse and logistics team

Required

Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or equivalent with min. 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in using SAP or other ERP software as well as MS Office Suite
Strong data analytics with Continuous Improvement mindset
Demonstrated negotiation skills in a multicultural, global business environment
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Preferred

Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes preferred
