They are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join their IT team in developing and customizing enterprise IT software systems, particularly MS D365 CRM, Databricks, and Power BI.

Responsibilities
Co-develop functional specs for IT system enhancements and / or reports with business teams. Work with business users to define data collection and reporting steps and automation
Study system features and capabilities to promote and train users in adopting them for improved productivity
Collaborate with IT Teams in IT Infrastructure on system enhancement planning and deployment: Work closely with the stakeholders to align IT changes with IT team or business
Stay Updated on Data Warehouse, MS CRM and ERP Trends: Continuously research and implement best practices to maintain cutting-edge solutions
Troubleshoot and Optimize: Test, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems to ensure high performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate of Computer Science (CS) or related field or currently pursuing MSc degree is preferred. Outstanding Senior year CS major college students are considered too
Average GPA of 3.2 or above
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, and SQL
Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux
Basic understanding of IT Systems and their business value
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Database or commercial software systems is a plus
