They are seeking a Demand Generation Marketer to lead their enterprise pipeline strategy, focusing on planning, launching, and optimizing full-funnel programs to connect with technical buyers and drive high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

Pipeline! You will partner with the Head of Growth & Head of Sales in owning the pipeline function, number, and strategy. Plan to have a large budget and headcount as resources to set up a motion that will scale with us
Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise prospects, current self serve customers, and even existing customers (we love a land and expand motion). This includes managing multi-channel programs in partnership with growth
Lifecycle: This is part of campaigns, but worth calling out that lifecycle marketing would live under this function (email nurture programs, webinars, and targeted content campaigns)
RevOps: We have an excellent RevOps agency to partner with on executing your lead qualification criteria and lead lifecycle processes to ensure seamless handoff and ownership
Experimentation: Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices to evolve our approach so we’re always experimenting

Required

Experience in demand generation marketing, particularly for enterprise-level products
Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end demand generation campaigns
Ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing
Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs
Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, including email nurture programs and webinars
Experience working with RevOps to execute lead qualification criteria and lead lifecycle processes
Strong understanding of B2B marketing trends and best practices
