Collaborating with authors and department representatives to update and format SOP documents
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma/GED (required); Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
Expert-level user in Microsoft Word
Demonstrated proficiency in formatting documents in alignment with company style standards and templates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMP regulations and document control standards
Experience writing within highly regulated industries, for example Auto, Pharma, Military, or similar
Experience using Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar
Experience working with aircraft engine manuals
