They are seeking an Oracle Full-Stack .NET / IIS Engineer to design and maintain web applications, optimize database performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for U.S. Government clients.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components of enterprise web applications
Build and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and business rules using C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core
Integrate .NET applications with Oracle databases using ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and related data access technologies
Design database schemas and develop efficient SQL and PL/SQL (stored procedures, functions, triggers, materialized views)
Deploy and manage applications on Windows Server with IIS, including application pools and database connectivity
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across application, web server, and database layers
Ensure application security, data integrity, and stable database connections
Collaborate within Agile or Waterfall development environments using modern development tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA and PL/SQL Developer
Oracle DBA Certification
Experience with Federal Financial Application
Strong experience managing large Oracle databases
In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
Proven experience maintaining and supporting .NET applications using Oracle databases
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance
