Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and market intelligence
Expand revenue within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategies
Develop territory-specific growth plans aligned with company revenue targets
Assess client facilities, risk exposure, and compliance requirements
Translate technical offerings into clear business value and ROI
Develop tailored proposals and close multi-service agreements
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across facilities, operations, and executive leadership
Serve as a strategic advisor on safety compliance and system upgrades
Ensure smooth transition from sale to service delivery through strong internal collaboration
Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and industry trends
Identify emerging opportunities in fire, security, and access control systems
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools
Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and activity targets

Required

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Comfortable working independently while contributing to broader team goals
