Responsibilities

Multiply the output of the entrepreneur, real estate advisor, investor, developer, and founder
Anticipate needs before they’re spoken, eliminate distractions, and turn vision into execution
Create clarity, structure, and speed in operations
Operate in a high-trust environment with clear expectations and direct feedback
Prepare agendas for meetings, document decisions, assign clear owners, and execute action items to completion
Execute travel, events, and personal logistics flawlessly with proactive contingencies and real-time adjustments
Manage personal priorities with the same rigor as business operations, ensuring the Founder’s life runs smoothly without distraction
Filter communications to align with the Founder’s voice, ensuring clarity without distraction
Replace chaos with systems to ensure predictable execution and avoid bottlenecks

Meetings are outcome-driven, with agendas prepared in advance, decisions documented, clear owners assigned, and action items consistently executed to completion
