Presales Partner Consultant Teamcenter X
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading global software company focused on computer-aided development, 3D modeling, and simulation. The PreSales Partner Consultant for Teamcenter X will support partners in positioning and implementing Siemens Teamcenter X solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring partners are enabled to deliver value throughout the PreSales cycle.

Responsibilities
Provide experienced technical guidance and support to channel partners during presales activities for Teamcenter X, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, solution architecture, and proof-of-concept engagements
Collaborate with partners to understand customer requirements and design optimal Teamcenter X solutions that address their business challenges
Assist partners in responding to technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs related to Teamcenter X
Act as a primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic partners for Teamcenter X inquiries
Develop and deliver comprehensive technical enablement programs, workshops, and training sessions for partner sales and technical teams on Teamcenter X features, functionalities, standard methodologies, and competitive positioning
Create and maintain technical enablement content, including solution guides, technical FAQs, demonstration scripts, and driven battlecards specific to Teamcenter X
Ensure partners are advised with the latest Teamcenter X product releases, updates, and strategic roadmap
Mentor partner technical resources to enhance their Teamcenter X expertise and self-sufficiency
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers within partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration
Work closely with partner services teams to provide leadership, minimize technical risks, and safeguard project success during the presales-to-delivery handoff for Teamcenter X
Provide regular status updates and technical reviews to internal Siemens customers and partners
Coordinate with internal Siemens teams (Product Management, R&D, Cloud Application Services, Customer Success) to resolve sophisticated technical challenges and provide feedback on Teamcenter X product enhancements based on partner and customer interactions
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment between presales activities and implementation delivery for Teamcenter X solutions
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Cloud SaaS and Teamcenter X
Translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions for various audience levels
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field, along with demonstrated ability in customer-facing technical roles within the enterprise software industry
Shown expertise with Siemens Teamcenter, Teamcenter X, or other SaaS Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, plus an understanding of core PLM processes (BOM, Change Management, etc.)
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training, translate sophisticated technical concepts into business value, and maintain strong client relationships
25 – 50% travel may be required for customer visits or technical workshops
Preferred
Experience with other Siemens Digital Industries Software Solutions (e.g., Teamcenter, Teamcenter Manufacturing, NX, Simcenter, Insights Hub, Opcenter or any other Siemens software solution)
Familiarity with cloud deployment models and SaaS solutions
Familiarity with AWS or Azure Cloud environments
Experience working within a channel-driven sales model
Bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus for the Americas region
