Network Asset Lifecycle Management Lead

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine a global strategy for asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and decommissioning; oversee global asset operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance optimization
Establish global standard KPIs and metrics for asset management; develop and implement mitigations for any under-performing metrics
Set up global governance structures, including meeting routines, escalation paths, and decision forums; lead global change-management initiatives, communication plans, and training programs to ensure adoption of new standards
Lead FENT subteam(s) (maintenance, calibration, and/or reliability), driving industry leading deployment and performance of current and future assets to flexibly, reliably and effectively enable manufacturing operations within the PT network
Actively contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing failure modes, root causes, and preventive strategies across regions in close collaboration with the Operational Excellence group
Collaborate with global teams in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and Quality to align asset lifecycle strategies with enterprise objectives; influence senior leadership by demonstrating the value of reliability and lifecycle strategies to achieve long-term business goals
Deploy advanced analytics tools and platforms to track asset reliability performance and lifecycle maintenance metrics; integrate digital solutions such as CMMS, IoT systems, and data visualization platforms to support real-time decision-making and improve global standardization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, or related fields
Minimum of 12 years of experience in asset lifecycle management, preferably in a large global pharmaceutical or biotech organization
Background in Operational Excellence, PMO, or performance management
Experience with data engineering, analytics, or IT specifically for manufacturing environments
Experience with quality and audit requirements within the pharmaceutical or similar regulated industries
Flexibility for domestic and international travel as required
