The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for filling customer orders, operating equipment, and ensuring accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities
Fill customer orders by operating a forklift or picker to select, count, assemble and load materials
Complete all required paperwork, operating computers, operating wrapping machine and maintaining equipment
Work under USP safety guidelines & handbook policies
Operate forklift or stock picker
Check and re-check orders selected to ensure accuracy
Operate stretch Wrap machine-only in certain jobs
Fill orders per production USP standards
Transport finished goods between warehouses as required
Review and record incoming materials as required (checking material vs. packing list, etc.)
Load and unload trucks
Be proficient at processing small packages using Federal Express Software
Communicate with sales, associates and carriers
Complete maintenance vehicle inspection (oil, fluids, belts, tires, etc.)
Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience working in a warehouse with forklifts
Proficiency in mathematics, with the ability to read a tape measure and micrometer
Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and processes
Consistent attendance and punctuality, demonstrating a strong work ethic
Team player with a willingness to assist and volunteer when necessary, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Must have the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs
