Program Analyst (Manpower and Reserve Affairs)

The Work-Life Group provides superior services and solutions to address challenging requirements across various sectors. They are seeking a Program Analyst to support Special Operations Forces and Intelligence Community programs by analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating project efforts.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Develop program documentation including CONOPS, SOPs, artifacts, and governance reports
Track requirements, cost/schedule/performance indicators, and operational taskers
Manage internal coordination with PMs, PjMs, SMEs, and IC/SOF mission partners
Prepare executive briefs, talking points, dashboards, and decision-support products
Facilitate IPTs, governance sessions, and cross-functional collaboration
Conduct program analysis to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies

Required

5 to 7 years of experience in language oversight, communication, or advocacy support within the Department of Defense (DoD) or other U.S. Government agencies
Familiarity with the SOCOM Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) program and its objectives
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and advocacy campaigns
Experience in supporting congressional RFIs and familiarity with the legislative process
Strong experience in editing and proofreading documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Familiarity with military operations and terminology is preferred
Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, International Relations, Cultural Studies, or a related field
