Responsibilities

Support team members with leave of absence or reasonable accommodation requests
Explain company policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations as stated in company handbook
Verify all medical documentation and clarify or follow up as needed
Ensure all leaves are properly designated according to state and federal laws
Advocate and support team members and their teams by understanding functional areas and ongoing needs of the business
Manage leave of absence and accommodation cases from start to finish
Provide timely notifications and relevant correspondence to team member and leader
Ensure administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately
Collaborate with other teams such as Benefits, Payroll, Health Services as needed
Respond to team member questions and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Coordinate all aspects of timekeeping, restrictions for work, and return to work guidance
Ensure forms and support material are current and available
Contribute to process improvements to gain efficiencies and enhance customer experience
Provide coverage for reception and TMR desks

Required

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of experience in a customer-facing role
A high degree of commitment to confidentiality, integrity and professionalism

Ability to work effectively and proactively in a team member focused environment
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong ability to work independently and with others
Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented
Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Proactive about providing process improvement ideas
