Responsibilities
Physically receive and unpack incoming inventory shipments
Conduct inventory counts, replenishment, and detailed inspections of incoming surgical sets to ensure they are 100% surgery-ready for redistribution
Perform accurate inventory transactions in the system to maintain full traceability and compliance
Prepare and package surgical sets for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection
Coordinate with courier and transportation services for timely distribution of products across the region
Rotate on-call support for nights and weekends as needed to handle urgent fulfillment requests
Comply with all manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and required training
Ensure all daily orders are fulfilled on time while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and service
Assist with cycle counting and physical inventory verification in hospitals, offices, and other locations throughout the territory
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of relevant work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and excellent multi-tasking skills
Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work is normally performed in a typical light manufacturing/warehouse environment
Preferred
Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base
