Responsibilities

Own the technical direction and delivery of Studio’s AI-Native IDE strategy
Build and scale agentic AI systems (planning, execution, validation, evaluation) that are production-grade and reliable
Set and uphold the engineering quality bar for AI systems inside Studio
Lead senior engineers and managers across multiple teams
Drive alignment and execution across Studio, Creator, Foundation AI, Safety, and Infrastructure
Partner with executive leadership to translate long-term AI strategy into durable roadmaps

Required

15+ years of engineering experience, including ownership of large-scale, long-lived platforms
Proven leadership through major platform or architectural transitions
Deep experience building LLM-powered and agentic systems beyond chat-based interfaces
Strong background in developer tools or IDE-like platforms
Track record of delivering reliable systems in complex production environments
Ability to operate effectively at both deep technical and executive levels
