Responsibilities

Perform a variety of assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment as needed
Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established quality specifications
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scientific methods, and quality guidelines
Accurately document work and follow all safety and compliance requirements
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as business needs require
Work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment

Required

0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (training provided)
Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and specifications in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work flexible or extended hours when required
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred

High School Diploma or GED
