Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a trusted, centralized analytics environment that delivers accurate, consistent, and governed data
Enable self-service reporting and interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed, timely decisions
Lead the development of advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI-driven insights to proactively identify quality and safety risks
Drive automation and analytical innovation to improve efficiency and insight scalability
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Quality, Safety, Design, and Product Development partners
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team capable of delivering best-in-class outcomes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related analytical disciplines
3+ years of experience leading or managing analytics teams
Proven experience building and scaling centralized analytics or data platforms
Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, or data science techniques to business problems
Strong expertise in self-service BI, dashboarding, and data visualization best practices
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery)
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical solutions
Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making
Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team growth
Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance strategic initiatives with operational delivery
Curiosity, data passion, and a continuous improvement mindset
Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
