Responsibilities
In collaboration with project team members, establishes schematic design direction and carries design intent through the development of working drawings
Completes drawing production and documentation for assigned projects throughout early design phases, including Programming, Conceptual Design, and Entitlements
Develops planning strategies and creative design concepts that support overall project goals. Supports Senior Designers with graphics, 3D modeling, presentations, and design studies
Prepares presentation materials, design drawings, and detailed documents, and reviews designs to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards
Assists the team as needed to support project completion and closeout
Qualification
Required
3- 5 years of experience in a professional architectural setting; single family detached or townhome residential projects required
Completion of Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
Preferred
Commitment to their own professional growth; preferably to obtaining licensure as an architect
Experience in the Adobe Design Suite preferred
Including a link to an online portfolio is a huge plus!
