Responsibilities
You will apply technical depth in system architecture, design trade-offs, and technical risk mitigation
You will demonstrate strong capabilities across: program management excellence, stakeholder management & communication, strategic thinking & vision, problem solving & decision making, and leadership and team development
You will work closely with Sr Principal Engineers, Principal Engineers, Software Development Managers, Product Managers, Technical Writers, and GTM leaders
You will be responsible for delivering results despite working in an ambiguous environment
You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
You will define strategy and build and execute roadmaps for the programs you own
You will be responsible for overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of programs that you run
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
7+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
