Bloom Energy is seeking a motivated intern to support their Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The intern will assist in data collection, analysis, and processing for pilot projects, gaining hands-on experience in applying data science techniques to real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets
Perform exploratory data analysis and generate insights to support ML models
Assist in developing and validating algorithms for data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality
Document workflows and maintain clear records of analysis and findings

Required

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Graduating between March 2026 and August 2027

Preferred

Experience with image processing or topography data analysis
Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Exposure to manufacturing or semiconductor processes is a plus
Strong foundation in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data preprocessing techniques
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
