Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
High school or equivalent diploma
5+ years of executive assistant, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
High level of integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
