Responsibilities
Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment to minimize downtime
Oversee facility upkeep including utilities, HVAC, compressed air, cranes, and general building maintenance
Lead and support maintenance team members while collaborating with engineering, production, and operations
Maintain accurate maintenance records, SOPs, and ERP system data
Support equipment installation, upgrades, and automation integration
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Qualification
Required
Post-secondary degree or technical certification in engineering, industrial equipment, electronics, or a related field
2–5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with industrial equipment
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance work
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
Preferred
Experience with preventative maintenance planning and documentation
