Fives DyAG Corp. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead all financial operations for the organization. This role involves overseeing accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving process improvements to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Direct the preparation of accurate, timely monthly financial statements
Provide monthly forecasts and forward‐looking financial insights
Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department leaders
Communicate financial results and key metrics to division and corporate leadership
Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational performance
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and develop reporting tools and metrics
Review manufacturing and cost data; translate findings into actionable recommendations
Maintain state sales tax compliance and ensure timely reporting
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
Uphold high standards of integrity, work ethic, and professionalism
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Required

Strong analytical skills and a structured, rational approach to problem‐solving

Solid understanding of financial metrics and working knowledge of GAAP
Consistent, reliable attendance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing or construction environments
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is highly preferred
