Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear analytic requirements and guide the design of models that support enterprise analytics use cases
Partner with Business, Data Science, and Technology teams to ensure models are scalable and deliver measurable value
Conduct data exploration, mining, cleansing, and preparation to support analytic initiatives
Identify relevant data sources and manage the acquisition and integration of large datasets
Develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to track the performance of deployed analytics solutions
Act as a liaison between business SMEs and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles
Manage resources, including analysts and business partners, to deliver timely and effective analytics and dashboarding outputs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related discipline)
3+ years in an analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting role within a corporate or professional services environment
Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics platforms, and business value drivers
Ability to synthesize complex data insights into business-relevant recommendations
Structured problem-solving skills, from framing business questions to delivering actionable insights
Skilled in managing cross-functional collaboration, balancing technical and business priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at working with both technical teams and senior leadership
