Responsibilities

Translate creative concepts into compelling environment designs and models using modeling, texturing, rendering environments, compositing, and lighting
Participate in creative ideation, strategy and brainstorming
Collaborate with and inspire other artists to produce the highest polish product
Create clean game topology, UV’s and textures and implement 3D assets into game engine
Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and collaboration
Work closely with producers to understand production plan, timing and deliverables

Required

Stellar portfolio demonstrating design and 3D modeling; portfolio demonstrating concept art
Experience designing 3D characters and environments in a fast-paced gaming environment
Demonstrated experience in technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, and rendering workflows
Well versed in 2D and 3D software including Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Photoshop, and any other relevant software; familiarity with Unity a plus
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment
Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly
Capable of articulating and presenting creative ideas
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Red Games Co. does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
