Responsibilities

Acquires data from multiple sources in order to perform analysis and engineering tasks
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions and actionable recommendations
Interprets data and analyzes results using various statistical techniques and tools, while maintaining robust documentation and repeatable processes for all workflows
Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to quickly understand results and make data-driven decisions
Collaborates with various partners to provide a holistic view of both analysis and engineering solutions
Measures and monitors results of applied recommendations and presents adjustments
Ensures all data acquisition, sharing, and recommendations comply with company standards
Identifying and prioritizing multiple Platform stakeholders’ projects and working closely with their leadership to ensure they are continuously delivering high-value, impactful work that informs and drives their business forward
Ensuring stakeholder business needs are being met while effectively managing competing priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Six to eight years of data analytics and engineering experience, including data migration projects

Preferred

Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, DBT, Airflow, and Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
Experience with Databricks and Snowflake (nice to have)
Familiarity with GitLab and Visual Studio for version control and development workflows
Demonstrated success in data migration across multiple platforms
Strong documentation and process development skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with analytics/statistical software (SQL, R, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Geo-spatial tools)
Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
Project management and effective communication skills
