Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware/software to ensure required service levels
Collaborate with LAN technicians and Network Engineers to optimize product operations
Assist with re-imaging machines
Set up and maintain meeting room technology
Provide additional technical support as needed
Participate in company events and networking opportunities available to the Summer Associate class
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Reliable transportation
Energetic, eager to learn, and a team player
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
