INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I

The Information Technology Specialist I will act as a Project Manager, overseeing IT projects that enhance the department's mission to assist families in accessing essential services.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project coordination by facilitating the management of scope, resources, cost, timelines, and deliverables across all phases of assigned IT initiatives, in collaboration with functional leads and stakeholders
Coordinate project activities by partnering with internal teams, external stakeholders, oversight agencies, and vendor partners to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance requirements
Contribute to strategic planning efforts by supporting the development, implementation, and tracking of project objectives, including both short- and long-term goals, while aligning with organizational priorities
Establish and maintain tracking tools and reporting frameworks to monitor project progress, assess performance, and support timely decision-making by project sponsors and leadership
Foster strong working relationships with project leadership, agency and department executives, business partners, and stakeholder groups to promote collaboration, resolve issues, and support successful project outcomes
