Responsibilities

Rotate through Housing, Neighborhood Commerce, Financial Services, and Loyalty Services gaining deep exposure to different parts of our business while working on real projects that impact our members
Collaborate in sector-specific pods, engage daily with customer experience challenges, learn from GM leaders over lunch, and present their insights to the entire Bilt team

Required

We will only be considering applicants who are graduating in May 2026
Looking to build a career in social media and content creation
Available to work in-office in NYC for the full 8 weeks (June 8, 2026 - July 31, 2026)

Preferred

Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field
Passion for fintech, proptech, or consumer technology
Demonstrated leadership in student organizations or projects
Curious about how businesses operate end-to-end
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, and innovative
Intellectually curious with the ability to take initiative and calculated risks
Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
