Senior Front End Developer
Paradigm, Incorporated is a leading credentialing services provider specializing in digital and printed credentials. They are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to design and develop front-end web architecture, ensuring application responsiveness and leading development initiatives with a focus on modern technologies.

Responsibilities
Concepting, creating, and building websites alongside our design team, including taking designer wireframes and turning them into effective code
Working through the website and internal software development lifecycle to launch
Designing user-based interactions through an effective front-end architecture framework
Developing functional databases, applications, and servers to support our websites and internal software
Coding for various platforms to ensure functionality across multiple channels
Leading and developing best practices for software development
Working with and maintaining RESTful services and APIs
Determining application responsiveness for users
Ensuring the company mandate is effectively addressed in technical and developmental aspects
Troubleshooting issues and problem-solving as necessary
Keeping current with industry trends and developments that can be applied to the company's needs
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to the team's technical growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years' experience in web front-end development and programming in the following technologies: C# (C Sharp) 9+, React, .NET (4.7.2, Core 5-8), .NET Web API 2.0, ASP .NET MVC5+, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, MS SQL 2017 and higher, Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance code generation, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows in both development and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to quickly learn and appropriately utilize internal applications and knowledge bases as needed for the timely completion of daily tasks
Ability to read, process, and follow written directions and procedures
Ability to maintain routine and predictability in a dynamic and open-office environment
Ability to work in concert with a team or independently, with or without direct supervision/guidance as needed
Ability to self-manage and multi-task while making fact-based or historically valid and justifiable decisions
Ability to consistently comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations
Valid (non-suspended or limited) Driver's License and dependable transportation for timely work attendance and/or occasional supply or materials errands as needed or required
Physically able to bend/kneel/walk/stand, in tandem with cart, stepstools, or rolling ladders, to access supplies and various works in progress or other materials as needed in storage rooms or production areas
Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, in order to sustain adequate visual focus over a period of time
Preferred
MS Azure a plus
Experience with Digital Signing Services is a plus
Experience with third-party controls (Telerik, Debenu/Foxit) is a plus
Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture/Microservices is a plus
