Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from stakeholders
Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Verint WFO data
Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Five9 VO data
Collaborate with Sales, PS, and Support teams on report design and delivery
Participate in maintaining a reusable library of custom reports and templates
Troubleshoot and debug scripts with support from senior team members
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of development experience
Solid understanding of Verint WFO / Five9 VO products and data structure
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with query tuning
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work independently while accepting guidance
Preferred
Shows strong learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges
Delivers quality code with support and mentorship
Meets delivery timelines for small to mid-size report requests
