Office of Leadership Development - Graduate Assistant
Belmont University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Leadership Development (BOLD) to support the professional and personal development of students. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with leadership programs, and collaborating with various campus offices to enhance student leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to BOLD and GOLD- Graduate Opportunities in Leadership Development Programs
Assist with the daily input, maintenance, and upkeep of co-curricular transcript data and reports within the Bruin Link database and BOLD website
Provide student, faculty, and staff support in regards to tracking campus-wide leadership development opportunities and progress within Bruin Link
Assist with the planning and implementation of all BOLD opportunities including but not limited to training, convocation, conferences, workshops, and student mentoring
Assist with the creation and distribution of BOLD marketing materials, and web/graphic design (preferred but not required)
Attend and provide timely support for the execution of evening and weekend workshops, conferences, and events

Facilitation and Planning of all BOLD programs and events: Pulse, The BEAT, BOLD Moves Leadership Challenge, Social Change & ME, Deep Blue Reflections, Bruin Lead, Leadership Lately, Tower Talks, BOLD Connectors
Campus-wide experiences
Academic year-specific projects and events
Additional projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations
Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Experience mentoring students and providing direct services and support as needed
Ability to plan, develop, facilitate and analyze student leadership development with a diverse group of students in both the graduate and undergraduate levels
Excellent written and oral skills
Must be enrolled full-time as a graduate student at Belmont University
Experience in marketing, presenting, event implementation and management to college students
Experience gathering research and analyzing data
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Campus Labs (BruinLink) preferred
Preferred
Assist with the creation and distribution of BOLD marketing materials, and web/graphic design (preferred but not required)
