Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end program view across all A360 workstreams
Drive integrated planning and sequencing
Provide clear, decision-ready insights to executives and steering forums
Act as the single point of accountability for program-level risk, issue, and escalation management
Ensure alignment across Agile and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of project & program management experience is required with 5 years of exposure to budget and reporting
5 years of experience managing vendors
Proven success having built organizational capacity models as well as building a centralized pipeline management model to give visibility to work that is planned to come in
Proven ability to influence at an executive level both internally and externally
Helps others understand new situations and maintains open communication about change by answering questions for colleagues
Invites and examines potential ideas and solutions and evaluates each against current and future customer needs
Makes decisions in partnership with impacted business unit/function leaders with the goals of the organization in mind; acts in the best interest of the organization rather than serving personal interests
