Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize net-new accounts using Hot and Warm intent signals. Personalize outreach based on buying triggers such as hiring trends, job postings, technology investments, or organizational change
Use tools such as Clay, HubSpot/Salesforce, Orum, and GTM workflows to automate low-value tasks. Partner with automation specialists to test and optimize workflows that increase reach and efficiency
Research target accounts to understand structure and priorities. Identify and engage multiple personas across HR, Talent, IT, and Finance to improve discovery quality
Send 75–100 highly personalized emails per week to Director+ personas, crafting messaging aligned to business challenges and KPIs rather than generic pitches
Execute 5-10 prospect conversations per week using Orum or other dialers to validate pain, urgency, and authority
Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts and qualification standards. Support marketing-led programs by converting engagement into qualified pipeline

Required

Proven success in net-new prospecting and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity and pipeline targets
Strong communication and discovery skills with senior decision-makers (Director+ and C-level contacts)
Comfort using modern sales technology (Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, Gong, etc.) and an ability to use automation to enhance personalization
Proven ability to balance activity volume with targeted, high-quality execution and disciplined qualification
Demonstrated curiosity, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred

2–5 years of B2B sales or sales development experience preferred, ideally in SaaS or HR tech
