The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and products within the supply chain, supporting logistics operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and distribution.

Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment status, and transportation documentation
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any logistical issues
Process shipping and receiving documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing and analyzing shipping and logistics reports to identify areas for improvement
Support the logistics team in maintaining an organized warehouse and inventory storage area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software or inventory management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to handle logistical challenges efficiently
Preferred
degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
