Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain sophisticated financial models and valuation frameworks for our coverage universe
Prepare and contribute to research reports, earnings notes, and thematic pieces that influence institutional investors
Conduct comprehensive due diligence through management meetings, channel checks, on-chain analysis, and competitive intelligence
Analyze business models across cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain infrastructure providers, mining operations, and digital asset platforms
Evaluate protocol economics, network metrics, regulatory developments, and market structure trends to assess investment implications
Engage directly with C-suite executives, investor relations teams, and collaborate with institutional sales and trading desks
Monitor macroeconomic factors, capital flows, and institutional adoption trends impacting publicly-traded digital asset companies
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; preferably in computer science, engineering, economics, finance, or related quantitative fields
1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to technology or digital asset sectors
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset ecosystems
Advanced Excel skills and superb quantitative capabilities
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for institutional investors
Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-starter who excels working both autonomously and within team settings
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to prioritize effectively with minimal direction
Passion for emerging technologies and the future of decentralized finance
