Responsibilities
Analyze defects impacting trip success and earnings, identify patterns and impact, and support improvements to the earnings experience
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to document, route, and monitor defects
Monitor dashboards and signals to detect early indicators in the earnings experience. Escalate emerging risks to cross-functional partners
Create and maintain high-quality defect tickets with clear, complete details. Uphold strong ticket hygiene and coach peers on best practices
Utilize AI-powered platforms to proactively identify earnings-impacting anomalies, accelerate root cause analysis, and support faster, data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
