They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist in budget preparation, perform detailed analyses of key performance indicators, and support operational management in accordance with finance policies.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of the “bottom-up” monthly forecast and annual budget

Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand and monitor the Company’s key performance indicators

Partner with operations as it relates to day-to-day operational management in accordance with the organization’s finance policies and procedures

Effectively work with other functional departments to ensure that the departmental expenses will not exceed forecasted targets

Create and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with site operations leaders and SFAs at other sites

Support business to identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, profit enhancement and efficiency

Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance

Understand systems used in cost accounting and productivity reporting to be able to assess accuracy

Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained prior to payment

Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, strategic thinking and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence peers and support decision-making

Confident working independently, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
