Responsibilities

Support the Talent Development team with project coordination and day-to-day assistance across key talent and leadership initiatives
Help prepare materials, documentation, and scheduling support for talent programs such as Talent Reviews, 9-Box discussions, and leadership development sessions
Support employee feedback and development efforts by helping coordinate feedback activities and summarizing themes from results
Contribute to building manager facing tools and learning resources, such as guides, templates, and enablement materials
Partner with the team to support basic reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements within Workday and other People systems
Explore opportunities to use AI tools to improve program organization, documentation, and team workflows under guidance from the team

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Experience with SQL, R, or other data toolsets
No previous professional experience required; this role is ideal for those eager to grow in their career
A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and systems, with an interest in using insights to improve decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset

Preferred

Experience with Workday, HR systems, or AI-enabled tools is a plus, but not required
Interest in talent management, leadership development, performance management, or organizational effectiveness
