Responsibilities

Supporting configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Workday functional areas including HCM, Benefits, US Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Help, and Financials
Assisting with the configuration and daily support of UKG Pro modules including HCM, Benefits Hub, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, and Workforce Management (Kronos)
Serving as the Tier 1 point of contact for HR Technology inquiries by troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues and escalating complex cases as needed
Creating and maintaining job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support user adoption and self-service
Partnering with Learning & Development to support training sessions, classes, and webinars related to Workday usage
Administering security roles and user access in Workday and UKG Pro in alignment with data governance and confidentiality standards
Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business partners to identify opportunities to improve configuration, reporting, and HR technology processes
Supporting additional projects or responsibilities as business needs evolve

Required

Associate degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR technology implementations with a foundational understanding of HR principles
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
General knowledge of HR practices and policies
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working with HR technology platforms, particularly Workday and/or UKG Pro
Experience in aviation, transportation, or similarly regulated industries
Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Payroll, Security, Reporting) preferred
aPHR or PHR certification preferred
