The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content, maintain brand standards, and execute multimedia campaigns.

Responsibilities
Represent Tuff Shed in a positive and professional manner during work hours with employees, customers, and suppliers
Adhere to all Tuff Shed policies, procedures, and standards
Comply with all directives from Tuff Shed management
Report to work on time each workday when scheduled and work all required hours
Perform the essential functions of the position in a manner satisfactory to Tuff Shed management
Work collaboratively with the internal marketing team to bring the marketing plan to life on all graphic design touchpoints
Communicate, enforce, and confirm Tuff Shed brand graphic standards with internal and external partners
Demonstrate a keen understanding and passion for design trends, creatively applying those trends to the Tuff Shed brand with consistency
Design and update all retail and wholesale national sales and marketing materials
Design and develop email campaigns across retail and wholesale channels, as well as accompanying promotional components
Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management
The Graphic Designer will be required to work overtime (including some weekend work) in order to fulfil the requirements of the role; in addition, s/he must be present in the Store, as scheduled, and work all required hours
Qualification
Required
An enthusiastic self-starter who takes direction but can also propose their own ideas
Strong typography skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ability to support the video content producer with the organization of files and creative assets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
High school diploma OR equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Design or requisite experience
Preferred
2+ years of design experience working in the design or advertising industry, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work
UX/UI, HTML, CMS, and email marketing experience
Introductory experience in motion graphics or 3D
