They are seeking an ERP Analyst I to support the ERP Systems Support Team by assisting internal customers in using ERP applications efficiently and effectively to fulfill business objectives.

Responsibilities
Provide enterprise wide support for one or more ERP applications: Dynamics GP, CRM, Perceptive, SharePoint, Worldox, and/or all custom applications developed in-house
Provide timely technical support to users of applications. Advise, support and provide guidance in the use of ERP applications
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly system process, including, but not limited to New Company Setup, WIP Closing, Job Cost Closing, Year End Closing, and 1099’s
Support new software enhancements, system processes and/or 3rd party products following implementation
Consult on improvement of business process and internal department process
Provide excellent customer service through end user support for SOX compliance
Perform unit testing, as well as coordinate and ensure all formal end-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is completed on time
Accountable for enforcement of IT department standards, including but not limited to, proper documentation and approval processes
Document reported incidents and resolutions in department’s incident tracking system, including tracking follow up of incidents as needed
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree
0-2 years experience in a Customer Support role
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Citrix experience
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio experience
