Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the efforts within the designated focus area, ensuring consistency and alignment across the development team
Act as the primary representative during all phases of application implementation, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization
Oversee focus area workgroups, providing guidance and oversight for related processes and activities
Manage communication channels between application teams, facilitating collaborative work sessions and cross-application integration efforts
Collaborate with application and compliance teams to design, develop, and refine system processes that meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Serve as a liaison to end-users and business contacts, gathering requirements, communicating project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Epic systems, including Nova release notes, User Forum, Galaxy, and other relevant documentation
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates, staying informed of new features and functionalities to improve operational efficiencies
Provide technical input for application development, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture strategies
Evaluate proposed system acquisitions or solutions, providing insights on compatibility, cost, resource needs, and operational impact
Establish and enforce standards, design protocols, and proactive processes to collect, analyze, and report system data and performance metrics
Research, design, and implement application interfaces, databases, and integrations using current technology platforms
Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work outside of regular hours during critical events or outages
Engage in continuous professional development through seminars, workshops, and industry affiliations to stay current with emerging trends and technologies
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s strategic goals and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of development experience within a corporate environment
At least two (2) years of supervisory experience leading development teams
Strong technical expertise in enterprise application and integration design, development, and deployment
Proficiency with industry-standard web platforms such as JAVA, .NET/C#, and middleware integration tools
Experience with automation technologies including RPA and test automation frameworks
Knowledge of operating systems including Linux, Unix, and Windows, as well as web servers like Microsoft Internet Information Server and Apache
Familiarity with database management and enterprise systems such as Microsoft Foundation Server
Experience working with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders
