Customer Implementation Manager
Healthie is the world’s leading API-first, ONC-Certified EHR for healthcare delivery outside of the hospital. The Customer Implementation Manager will lead implementations and manage relationships with large digital healthcare customers, driving adoption and ensuring long-term satisfaction with Healthie’s platform.

Responsibilities
Lead customer implementations and manage relationships with our largest digital healthcare customers
Drive adoption and ensure long-term satisfaction, enabling scalable, successful customer outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact during implementation and a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business goals
Oversee account health throughout onboarding and support customers in meeting target go-live dates
Provide tailored product guidance and manage implementation transitions
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure a seamless experience
Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Support to resolve challenges and improve the customer journey
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in customer implementation, customer operations, program management, or customer success operations, with a proven track record of managing customer projects focused on outcomes and driving value
Experience in digital healthcare services or a regulated SaaS environment, with familiarity in healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA), and can translate complex requirements into clear next steps, practical plans, and shared understanding across teams
Experience across the SaaS customer lifecycle, with a strong understanding of onboarding, implementation, adoption, and cross-functional handoffs, and have partnered closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to bring alignment where roles or processes may still be evolving
Excellent communicator and collaborator who leads through influence and can simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders, including senior customer leaders
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings a strong bias toward execution, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making
Comfortable taking ownership, asking hard questions, and helping establish clarity and accountability in environments where processes are still taking shape
Passionate about healthcare and committed to improving patient outcomes and experiences
