This in-office role plays a key part in supporting sound lending decisions by evaluating financial statements, conducting credit analyses, and reviewing loan documentation.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service and timely responses to internal and external partners
Prioritize requests and collaborate with team members across departments to ensure accurate credit decisions and customer resolution
Support monitoring of commercial lending relationships by preparing comprehensive credit memorandums and validating appropriate risk ratings
Gather necessary financial data, perform industry research, and analyze financial statements to assess borrower strength
Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
Prepare clear, well-written credit analyses and reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills
Clear and professional oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial-analysis software
Ability to conduct reliable online research and synthesize findings
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
